I am looking for some two sided tape to be able to stack several sheets of .090 acrylic taped to each other and cut multiple layers at once.

Any ideas of product or places?

I would try speed tape by Fast cap, comes in wide widths and really sticky.
I have not used it as hold down but have done veneer with it and had great success. It is a lot thinner then carpet tape.

Hope this helps.

RS Hughes and the 3m store on line have all kinds of varieties.

I use carpet tape for my hold down when the vac won't work.

I buy 2 or 3 rolls every few months from Walmart. Duct Tape Brand.
Works great for me.

why not spray adhesive? though it works best if it sits overnight.

SpecTape.com I use their ST-501 golf grip tape, but you have to buy it by the case.

I stole the idea from Brady...as mentioned before...carpet tape.
