Moving my bot

I am moving my 9648 alpha w/2.2hs spindle into a new building soon. I have two possible locations within the space; 1) right next the breaker box and 2) about 50 linear feet away. The 50ft spot is what I would like to do. Could there be any issues with the power being that far away?

No, just size the cable for the needed run.

Like Gene says, if wire is sized correctly, no problems. I have done this inside the same building. Moved the machine from right next to the panel to 70' away. We installed a 100A sub panel and have experienced no loss of power, etc.

Thanks, guys. I have 10 AWG and 12 AWG wire. I'm pretty sure the 10 is going to the spindle and 12 to the control box. I have heard that using an "electrical filter" can be helpful with extra long runs. Any opinions on this?
