jagged edges ????

I am creating a 2 rail sweep using the option ( check box ) that brings the sweep around the 2 ends. In the preview the 2 ends are jagged but it is not consistent, which is making difficult to figure out why. Using a 1/2" bullnose with .03" stepover that is creating a 3 1/2" cove. I have a pic of the cut preview that shows the errors , and a page view of the vectors with the component. The rectangular box is the original vector. The rounded end is what was created by checking the box to bring it around the ends. Any ideas?

What you need to do is create a flat plane so Aspire can better define the edge.
