We have been trying to use our digital probe to copy a boat part. Both attempts were stopped 40% and 65% complete when the shopbot stops. The error message we receive is "hit switch limit" (switch #3), then program says "lost communications" with the options of quit screen or attempt to reconnect. Attempt to reconnect is unsuccessful. We have to reboot to clear switch 3 error. Homesceen has stopping X, Y, Z stopping points. When we attempt to restart the digitizing program, after we enter the parameters, the shopbot program sends us to the preview mode. Appreciate any help, will try tech support on Monday.
