no power to vfd

OK new 96x60 alpha. I have no power to the vfd. Everything connected correctly to the specs. Second try to c3 and it runs by the prox switch to the man stop. Have prox switches set to .08 clearance.

Interlock engaged on front panel?

Put the key on the end of the wrench into the keyhole in the control box. Turn it to the right.
