I have been talking with Fred Fitzsimmons of Centurion Tools about doing a tour of his shop and seeing how router bits get made and having some education time about bits are best suited for which jobs.
So now the question is which of the following 2 Saturday dates will work best for everyone interested.
January 22, 2011
Or
January 29, 2011
Yes I know it's early and 2010 isn't even over yet. But this will get the ball rolling and give people plenty of time to plan.
Also, on the horizon for first of the year is another field trip over to Norva Plastics. But this time Howard will be keeping his key people over the Saturday to show how he use's his machines in his fabrication setup, including the 5 axis Haus machine with the 29 tool rotary tool changer. Stay tuned for another thread on that soon.
