In this home the Mrs wanted to have access from the rear of the peninsula. I have done that many times before well she did not want to see the access.
So I made the back a slight bit different from the doors in that the doors were "onlay" type and the back looks like "inset" doors all the same size.
In the corner from the kitchen side the cabinet stops short and another box faces the peninsula side. I used Blum free swing hinges with the touch latch.
Kinda funny the tile guy bumped the door and caused it to open and he said he did not even see the door at all.

Nice. I love seamlessly concealed function like that.

thanks, this was one tiny kitchen and easy access to the corner was much needed.
I am glad she wanted to "not see".
The home is in Cumming I worked with the homeowner at a furniture manufacturing company on Fulton.
One of those where it is a huge compliment to build for them. He could have done the job himself for sure with some time and really he did do a lot of the work I made him a deal where he come out and worked with me all through.
