Does anybody have any tricks for attaching the spoil board to the aluminum Buddy table? The only way I can figure out how to do it is to remove the alum table, clamp the spoil board to it, turn it upside down and use a transfer punch to mark the holes. Am I right? If so, is there any trick to getting the table off besides disengaging the motor pinion from the rack and removing the stop on one end of the rack? And are the 30 holes in the alum table 1/4-20?

If this helps, I have a BT32. I attached an oversized T-Track table with hold down to attach materials that don't need to be cut thru the total thickness. If I need to cut thru, I use the T-Tracks to hold down a spoiler (usually MDF) and use fasteners (screws, carpet tape etc.) to hold down the material to be cut. Just need to make the material slightly oversized to make room for the screws. The table has guides that are 1/2" high and precisely aligned along the x and y axis to form a 90 degree corner. The table is oversized to hold a 24 x 32 spoilboard with the hold-downs. Kinda hard to see in these small photos.

Tech support finally sent Mike Harvey a cut file for drilling the holes. Cut the spoilboard and clamp to the table. Make sure your drill depth is shy of the table. Cut the countersinks before unclamping. Remove spoilboard and finish holes with hand drill.

Does anybody have the cut file for drilling the holes to attach a spoil board to a Buddy table? I emailed support but have not heard back and would like to try to do this tonight.

These *should* be correct, BUT check them by AIR CUTTING over the AL table to make sure they are right.

EPS format - File->Import into PartWorks etc.
