i purchased this machine new and have greased many times... just wondering if i doing it correctly.... the z and y axis are no problem... but the x axis on bottom is more difficult to get to.. what i have been doing is running platform to proximity switch in both directions and greasing rail from underneath as far as possible.. then running machine to get grease distributed to middle... is this the proper approach. don't see access from underneath to do much else

You should be greasing the gear racks...not the rails, right?

Pull the table off of the machine by releasing the lever on the Y0 side of the table. Put a dollop of grease on the rack every 4 inches or so. Then work it in after you're sure that the pinion is FULLY engaged in the rack again after you reposition the release lever.
