Partworks update?

I upgraded to PW 3.5x in 11.2012 so I am assuming that we will get the new
version of the Vectric update? Is this something that will come from SB or
from Vectric and do we have to request it... and from whom? Thanks Gene

With Aspire Gene Vectric sent out an email with a once only download link. The CDs followed three weeks later with all the tutorials etc. This all falls over though if you have changed email addresses. Best bet could be to email Shopbot and Vectric as Partworks is unique to Shopbot. We upgraded to Aspire via Shopbot so they got the commisssion.

If you got it from ShopBot, then either e-mail or call them - you are eligible for the upgrade, but since it is a specialized version, Vectric may not be aware of your upgrade status.
