PVC Half Round Louver

Here is a closed louver we just completed using PVC. The louver panel was cut on the Bot the brickmold was heated and bent.

Great work! Did you cut the louver design out of single sheet? Or did you glue the individual slats together?

Brad we used 3/4" x 15" sheets and machined the louvers into them then glued 2-1/2 sheets together for our blank. The overall dimensions for the Louver is 72" wide x 36" high,
