The six starter bits seem pretty good; but I am feeling that I would like to have some others. Here are the ones that I would like to get:
1. 1/8 inch downcut (spiral) as the 1/4 downcut is great for larger projects; but can't really do the smaller letters. The straight 1/8 which is supplied causes a bit of rip-out. If I don't need to get that rip-out, then I would rather not. I am considering the Onsrud 40-102 or 64-012 for this.
2. 1/2 inch downcut (spiral) with a 1/2 inch shank. Again, the straight cut 1/2 that is supplied has a bit of rip-out that I don't care for too much. Also, With 1/2 inch shank, it would seem to be a bit more durable. Onsrud 40-138 is what I was thinking of for this one.
3. 1/16 inch downcut for tighter corners and letters. Onsrud 64-000 seems to fit this; but it only has a CEL of 1/4 inch. I can't see why I would need more than that; but it just seems shallow.
