Anyone in or close to IL with an indexer?

I have an idea that I wanted to get done on an indexer and to keep shipping cost to a minimum, ideally I'm looking for someone in Illinois or close to IL. The finished part will be about 3 inch diameter by about 12 inches long.

If I figure out how to create the file in Aspire, then I would supply it in ver 3.5 format or I could export it as a design file before it gets wrapped or rotated or however would be best.

Basically I'll need a repeating design engraved about 1/4 inch deep.
