Yes I can cut larger size but the problem is the weight. The larger piece the larger weight. Tell me what size you need/ zip code and I let you know how much would be to ship.

I have bought corian off ebay in the past, and for smaller pieces, its always come USPS priority mail in the fixed cost boxes. These things are great! 8.10 flat rate (up to 70(!) lbs, 2 different box sizes -- 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" and 13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375". My zip is 47429 and I'd want as big as you'd feel comfortable shipping in the larger, thinner box.

regards,
John

Sorry I cannot match that shipping rate. I would suggest Go ahead and buy from that guy on Ebay.

I think we may have talked past each other here. That price was not a total price, just the price for shipping. He charged an additional packing fee and of course for the corian. It ended up being about $5-6/sq foot total and your prices are similar.

The shipping rate is provided by the USPS. Are you in the US? If there is an additional packing charge, that's fine. I just thought if you were unaware of the USPS fixed price shipping (with free boxes!), that you might want to know as it works great for dense small packages, like corian and say lead bricks.
And 3-4 day delivery anywhere in the continental US.

Email if you are still interested. my zip is 47429.

I use a 1/4 amana 2 flute for profiling. I use various round noses from mclswoodworking for lithophanes. I use duck weave carpet tape to hold the pieces down with a couple of screws at the edges to keep things from vibrating or slipping (not into the corian, just on the edge so the edge of the head grabs the edge).
