Anyone use any type of PEPS/deflection compensation software?
I use a tiny 5-fluted end mill cutter that is only 0.7mm. I'm cutting mostly 5/16" birch plywood. And there is significant flexing and deflection of the cutter as it moves through the plywood – it ‘climbs’ into the wood fibers bending the cutter and pulling the cut offline.
Any recommendations and/or suggestions on what is out there would be helpful.
