Kind of pleased the way this turned out! The Bot was very handy in surfacing the glued up top along with precise positioning and cutting of the slots for the legs and stiffner. Legs were cut from a Birch log where the tree split into two trunks. Trim on the top is Burr Oak and the wedges are Walnut. With the exception of the Walnut both the Oak and Birch were cut on our homebrewed band sawmill and kiln dried locally. Finish is two coats of Tung Oil. Wife need a bench for the bath, think she might like it.

Great work and wood Michael, Nice to see wedged through tenons.
Glides/wax to keep endgrain off wet floor? wax (or "spoon butter" maybe?) for the damp conditions? All the women that use my bathroom leave it looking like a Turkish steam bath:)

Scott,
Still thinking about how to protect the end grain on the legs, probably a couple pair of nylon glides.

Nice work, I do some milling myself, fun to see it from log to product.
