Last week, my Desktop worked perfectly with Windows 10. Then I had to re-install the Win10 operating system to get my DVD to work. Now I try to run Desktop and the Zero-XY command doesn’t work right. The X location comes up about 1/2 inch short of the correct position. And the Y location is about 3/8 inch short of correct.

The (ShopBot.ini) file I installed on fresh startup was (ShopBot_PRSDesktop2418.sbp). I can’t find the problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Ben,
Have you tried a UR yet?

You say you reinstalled windows, did you happen to save your my_variables.sbc file from the old install of SB3? If not, you'll need to re-run 'ShopBot Setup' to reset the offset values for your proximity switches as well as the thickness of your z zero plate and any other accessory you may have. Do this with 'TS'.

1. Yes, but UR hadn't fixed it.
2. TS command - then noticed that the prox X and Y offsets were -0.05, and it looks like they should be -0.50, that fixed the problem. I never messed with those files or changed anything, so don't know how it happened. Thanks guys!
