Stacked text over a 3D image.

I have a customer who is asking me to emulate this style of sign. It looks like a 3D image with text above it. Does anyone have any idea how to do this or is there a tutorial out there that addresses this. I am using Vectric Aspire.

There is a box to check when creating the tool path. "Project toolpath on to 3d model". I have not tried it but its worth a try. There are many tutorials on the vectric website
