Sign made from locally milled hemlock, what I make most of them out of.

8' long 27" tall it will go out on market days. They wanted it bright.

Excellent work.
I like the design and routing techniques.
The natural finish would suite me best. Not too fond of grade school colors.

I agree Joe I like a more subdued sign but it needs to grab attention on market day. We are a small town the market is on its second year.

Looks great Brian. Did you do the whole thing on the CNC or do the background by hand?

Brady I do the background by hand, with die grinders I have two favorite bits a saburr 3/4 diameter course flame and a carbide round nose for smaller areas. It goes pretty fast a sign like that takes about an hour to texture I then lightly hit it with a torch to clean up any fuzz and flap sand.

I like to incorporate hand work in my signs, while dragging the die grinder it follows the natural grain I like the effect.

You're really talented with the grinders/chainsaw...that's why I asked :)
