As you may have guessed we try to be very hands-off on the ShopBot forum..it's really is a user forum and not a company forum. That means we don't actively monitor the forum and can miss things (like not having ever created a 2018 Show and Tell folder!).
If you see something that needs attention please let us know by sending a private message or an email. None of us stay logged in very much so you may not get an immediate response, but we'll eventually see it.
