I have noticed the fan on mine is louder. hey only 12 years old so no complaints.

ya found the manual but no fans in the US. I found the fan pops out without taking it apart.so I will try cleaning it.

Usually the plastic grill under the fan vibrates...

All those fans are standard sizes. Check the voltage probably 24v. Measure the bolt pattern and thickness. Then find another generic one.

ya I will take it off when I am done today and clean everything. hey its 12 years old with lots of dust running through it it has lasted well.

well it is a oddball 60mm x25mm 24v but 3 wire plenty of two wire ones but hard to find all those

It is probably a DC fan and so the extra wire is most likely a ground wire. Use an ohm meter and you can probably figure out what is what pretty quick. The pos and neg will have a resistance as will the pos and ground. ground and neg should likely have no resistance. Green wire is commonly used for ground.

it is dc 24v but the extra wire is for speed control.
