I've done several slab projects before but this time . . . . the customer brought in the slab and it was just perfect. He had done a great job prep as there was less than .05 variance end to end, top to bottom. So the sweaty palms came as I hit enter to start the first cut! I did a 60* v bit carve on the outline to relieve the edge of the letters, then a pocket inside the letters, then cut the letters from sintra, then press fit them into the pockets. I'm glad it's done and the customer was very pleased. Russ

Congrats on a good clean cut with NO "Oopsies" !!
Carving somebody else's one of slab would have made me nervous as heck too!!
Good Work!! :)

I know what you mean! Many times before I hit start....seems like I have to pee! Nice job with the 60 degree bit. I always pick up something new here!

Thanks gang. He picked up the piece, paid his bill, and most important, he was still smiling! ;) Russ
