Wasn't like this yesterday

All my parts are all of a sudden 1/8" to small and it is not the bit diameter.Any one got any idea why this is.I have A prs standard

Is it the same part file or did you create a new cut file and left the tool path set to On rather than Outside?

No, I cut several sample parts with different size bits and they all come out 1/8 to small.Of Course this happens when I have A full day of cutting to do tomorrow.

Hey David, there is a Offset Allowance in the software when doing a profile cut, did you perhaps enter a value other than the default 0?

Have you tried resetting the software config via the UR command? Have you checked unit values?

OK I'm an idiot the other day i was cleaning up the tool library and inadvertently changed the .250 to.125 for a 1/4" bit and few others.
(Small brain syndrome I think that's the clinical term.) Thanks to all that tried to help.
