I was cutting a 3d sign and found that on two identical signs the carving shifted. It seems to be in random places, but almost like if you were to slice the carving and slide one part of it over an 1/8th of an inch (give or take). I have seen posts on the forum about this before, but have not been able to find any good answers. I am using a different PC than I have been using, while running at 5 ips (this is a PRS standard BT48). I have not been running the usb hub and when I tried the communication speed test it was around 24KHz and around 56%...which I realize is low, but when I found the usb 2 hub and tried it again, it tested at 34KHz and around 75%. I have not had a chance to test this out, but is it most likely the low bandwidth and poor communication percentage was the cause of the model shifting? I have never used the usb hub until now...but I also have never really done any long term cutting at that high of a speed. Just hoping to get some thoughts. I found this thread and it is exactly like this- http://www.talkshopbot.com/forum/messages/312/32195.html
