Upgrading PR to PRT control board

I recently acquired a PRT controller for my PR BOT.

Started to do the upgrade last night and found out my PR has 6 wires coming from motors going to a 5 pin connector. The PRT controller has 4 pins.

Is there a location I can find information on wiring my PR to the new PRT controller?

I have the following motors:
VEXTA Stepping Motor Model PK296A1A-SG3.6 from Oriental Motor Co. LTD

Motor has 6 wires (white, yellow, red, blue, black, & green) (white and yellow are wired together at the connector)

That is exactly what I was looking for, now I have to find some of the 4 pin connectors, guess I will contact Shop Bot on Monday.
