Art cam importing from rhino

Hi all!
I have been sent a file in several formats from Rhino 3d, and i am opening in Artcam Insignia. Depending on the format, some lines are missing, another format some lines dont intersect, another way some lines have changed the curves. The closest I have gotten so far is to open a file in turbocad, explode, then import in artcam but its still not right.
I have had files from this guy before with no problem. Any ideas where to start??

Kevin,

The most Recent Service Patches to Rhino (V.3.0 SR 5) have made the DXF export much better (prior to that there were some bugs). Ask the person that is sending you the files if they have the latest patches from Rhino and then ask for DXF. Ask for AutoCad 2004 for best results. Post again if you are still having problems and I will email you and see if I can convert to a better format.
