Two Rail Sweep lacks sharp profile definition

I did a two rail sweep of a casing profile. The 3d rendering of the sweep lacks the crisp definition of the 2d casing profile. I cut with a 1/8" ball nose with a 6 % step over. What am I missing? I have consumed huge hours over this trying to resolve the issue. I have 5 circle head casings to cut out asap. Any and all help would be appreciated. Below are the 2d and 3d images I spoke about.

Steve I think your profile vector should look like this no bottom & a verticle line back down on high side to zero , to define height Bob hope this helps
