ProfileLab HELP!

Can someone familiar with ProfileLab please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Just got my machine Friday the 9th. Got it going this afternoon (after an all nighter).

It is cutting the files that I have created in Profilelab except it is not pulling the "Z" axis up when moving BETWEEN entities to cut.

I have looked through the manual but can't find what I'm doing wrong.

Jim,
It's hard to tell what's happening in your case here, but ProfileLab's toolpathing is very good. ProfileLab generally doesn't require manual pullups to be inserted. It should do it automatically using the clearance height set in Move Control set up. Is the Z axis not picking up at all between entities, or is it just not picking up enough to clear? It sounds like the Z axis either isn't where it's supposed to be or material isn't where set up expected it to be. I've done this before when touching off to a sign surface for shallow carving by not actually hitting the ZZ command when the bit is touching the surface. After all nighters, set up and toolpathing errors can happen more often...ask me how I know!
