I don't know who uses what etc... but if you happened to want a CAD program to do a few odd things... I picked up TurboCAD Deluxe 11.1 at Staples for $14.00 it retailed for $90.00
Version 12 is out now and they are stuck with any leftover 11.1 copies.
That was cheap enough to almost be a free CAD program so I picked one up. Thought I'd share.
