I am using part wiz. for my software. I am trying to put some small letters on a 5/8" by 5/8" squares. I am trying to use a 1/8" bit. I am looking for a font that only has a single line vector, oppose to the double line vectors in PW. If I use the double line vectors and try clearing the inside, the letters are to small to clear. any suggestions.

Mark,

I had the same dilemma a while back. There are some single line fonts out there if you are willing to buy the font. I wasn't able to find any for free, but I may not have looked hard enough.

Since I needed only a few letters, I just made my own in PW. I selected a sans serif font like Arial, then just constructed lines centered within each letter. You can do this by eye pretty quickly, and if your ultimate use is just for very small letters, little variations and such are not apparent in the finished product. You could probably do the entire alphabet in under an hour.
