Tabbing in a file

I have a small part that I want to place a tab at one end of and I can't seem to get it to do anything in the file. I don't quite understand all the parameters. I would appreciate any help someone could give. Thanks

Just try hand programing the tab in by raising the "Z" axis 1/4" more or less and moving an amount then returning to the original "Z" point.

Thanks Richard. Sure, thats simple enough. Sometimes you can trip over the big things trying to pick up the little things, I guess I was stuck on getting VB to work. I either am not getting the parameters right in the right spot, or this is to small of part.
