I just cut 3D into PCV sheet. Results were almost identical to cutting into HDU. There were only a couple spots a bit rougher. We cut both the pvc and hdu at the same speed.
I used a 1/8" ball nose. Is there a bit specific to cutting 3D into this material?
If anyone has any ideas I am all ears.
We need to get the cut as clean as we can.
Customer has a budget.
