Hello.
Does anyone know where I can get a 1/2 inch to 1/8 inch collet from?, I have and have found 1/2 to 1/4 inch.

You can buy them individually. All the way down to 1/16". They work great.

The nice thing about the Spellman bushings is that it is VERY easy to change bits. I have had trouble with getting broken bits out of other bushings/collets. I highly recommend them.

Thanks all. Jamie from shopbot has a 1/8 insert for the quick change chuck which i am looking into.

ENCO has a 1/2" shank Stubby Collet chuck;
