Does anyone know where to get the aluminum t slot channel's? I am going to be cutting metals with mist coolant and that rules out any form of wood table. I have been searching everywhere and had no luck, I need to have the clamping ability of the t-slot to hold down the panels.

Techno-Isel lists these in their catalog.

There are several companies making "erector set" type aluminum extrusion systems that might have parts you could use. One of these is 80/20 Inc. We're using some of their extrusions on a different kind of project. They have special t-nuts that fit with their extrusions. They have a web site.

For other sites, try a search on aluminum extrusions, or aluminum frame systems, or ____? I found some of them this way

I agree with Dennis, I've checked out Tecno-Isel before I bought my Shopbot, and the do have the Aluminum extrusion t-channel that you are seeking. My question to you is, what motor and tooling are you going to use? I may want to do the same thing.... routing aluminum and fiberglass honeycomb panels.
