This sign was made easier using the router. all the aluminum retainers were cut on router as well as the form for vacuuforming the lexan face and the aluminum back. this was one sided sign. the returns on the aluminum cabinet is also aluminum that was formed using a break and roller and welded to the retainers. the retainers are shown as the red border. we built this in 3 sections. the face was printed from our files on vinyl mirror image and applied to the sub surface side of the clear lexan then sprayed with white gripflex.
