Need source for foam material

I need a source for low cost foam board about 4x8x4" thick and rigid pvc or vinyl type material about 4x8x1/16" to 1/4" thick? Also where can I possibly find 4x8 sheets or rolls of vinyl type material like the same as vinyl siding? I'd prefer a wholesaler if possible but not necessary. I'll also be cutting out some delicate scroll patterns on the bot, what would be a good outdoor material other than the vinyl. It needs to be rigid and thin. From 1/16 to 1/2 thick material and not too expensive. I would like for it to already be white so I won't have to paint it.
