I completed a large project using Polycarve 5 years ago. I did my research and felt really confident in the material and it seems to be holding up just fine - full exposure and no sign of fading. I was wondering if anyone out there had any personal experience of how this material performs over longer stretches of time (10-20+ years.) Thanks.

tan green tan
out 12 years like new so far.
However there are some issues with the pigments.
The green can turn blue, the reds do fade faster.
but that may depend on who made the product. there are a few makers of color core and some may have more stable pigments. I just do not know who made the ones that turned from green to blue.

Blue and yellow make green so the yellow pigment left the sign...

Yellow is the worst. That is what makes reds turn pink.

I used brown/white/brown.

I misunderstood the manufacturer's statement that Polycarve was "UV stable" - in a conversation with the company well after the project was installed they explained to me that the MATERIAL was UV stable and wouldn't deteriorate but that the PIGMENT was a different story.

Any more stories of experiences would be appreciated.
