New Sign we did last week

We finish this sign for a law office about 2 weeks ago; top sign is 4' x 8' 2 sheets .75 MDF the bottom is 1 sheet 2' x 8'.75 MDF

Chage was $30.26 per Squ FT. and $250 for parts to install

HI May I ask did this include this labor to install or just the hardware.
I'm just getting started and not sure what to charge. by the way that a very nice sign.

This was our first install; $175 was just the cost of the hardware and $75 was labor. I did not make anything on the parts, I get a discount at a local hardware store and should had charge more. The $75.00 went to the man that help us put up the sign. If I was to do this again I would charge $400 to $500 for this size of sign. It took about 1.5 hr to install the top sign and about 30 minutes to install the bottom sign. Note that the pole was already installed and the law office is only 10 minutes from my shop. My set rate is $40.66 per square ft. with a 6 square ft. min. I did this sign cheaper because we have an agreement to do all there sign for the new businesses that are going to be moving into the spaces they have for rent.

I would be curios as to how long this sign will last in the wind. It has to be extremely heavy and when it starts moving there is going to be a lot of pressure on that single post.
