I tried this earlier but maybe the forum is out so here goes again.
I have a substantial sign project which I have been requested to fabricate in extira. I've read several posts with ideas,horror stories and extira spec sheets. SO before I jump into this I was hoping someone out there has a known proven method for cut, prep, sand, prime, and paint that lasts on extira.
I hope to use exterior latex on signs 24 feet long, 30" high, with individually routed letters and frame work all in extira.
IF someone out there knows why not to use it or what not to do, that would be appreciated as well.
Chicago weather is pretty rough and this will be within a few miles of the lake down town so it must be right and it must last.
