Prox Switch showing red

I just got around to connecting the proximity switches that came with my PRS Standard. (Hey. It's only been 4 years. What's the hurry?) Since my control board doesn't match the manual I scrounged around here on the forum and finally found a diagram that more closely matches my setup. Problem is that while one of the switches works great the other shows a red light on the switch itself and a yellow light on the monitor. Of course any attempt to use the bot gives me a limit switch error. What might I have done wrong?

My switches have black, red, and green wires instead of the black, brown and blue shown in the diagram. I connected both greens to Input GND; both reds to Output +12, and the blacks to Input 2 and 3 (one each).

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

Have you checked to see if your inputs are set properly either open or closed.

If you screw the switch on too tight it can false trigger. Try loosening the mounting screw a bit and see if the red light turns off.
