Shutting Off Procedure

Looking through the SBot manuel I can not find the proper shut down procedure.

What steps do you follow when turing off your machine?

I always do the following with my PRS Standard:

1 shut down the router which shuts down my chip collector
2 shut down SB3
3 shut down the controller

or with a spindle shut down the software then the controller and pull the carriage tight against the stops so it will be square when turned on.
it's a pain if you shut the controller box off first.
