I need this bit to enter/exit my product at a specific location. Further the bit needs to travel an assigned path/circuit with out lifting the Z.
I have created the (polyline)vectors in AutoCad, and import them into ArtCam.

I need to assign the entry/exit/path for this tool with out a "Z UP".

Any Help??

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are cutting slat wall and you want the bit to enter one end of the material and exit the other... the z up simply occurs at less than 0 and greater than 96 on the X axis for 4x8 material. If you want to Z down one time and Z up one time at the end of all cuts... you create a single open vector that starts at 0,0 and goes to 96,48

For 3 inch slat groove spacing...
X, Y, Z format
-1,3, Z down
0,3,-1 starts cutting
97,3,-1 reached the end of the first run
97,6,-1 moved over to the next groove
-1,6,-1 reached the head end of the table again
-1,9,-1 moved over to next groove...

repeat...

Not sure if that helps but I think that's what you're saying.

I discovered the problem I was having. As I was copying my dxf to email to Stephan Voelkel, I found an underlying layer that I forgot to erase.
I erased the extra layer, ran the new dxf in part wizard, and it ran as I needed.

Thanks to all for the interest
