Using the Laser Pointer from the Shopbot Store

So I purchased the laser pointer from the Shopbot store. I found a way to mount it on my Buddy Alpha 48. I have power to it and I successfully ran the calibration file and recorded the off-set.

But now I’m stuck.

How do I integrate the off-set into the beginning of my toolpaths so that the spindle bit is over 0,0 and not just the laser pointer?

Hopefully on an ongoing basis.
