2004 PRT alpha spindle wiring

Does anyone know where I can get wiring instructions to wire a 2.2 HSD spindle? My kit, purchased from ShopBot, only included a wiring diagram for a PRS. I’ve asked tech support on three occasions if the supplied wiring diagram would suffice for my install and they said it was the same. Unfortunately for me, my control box looks nothing like the instructions provided. There are also three grey plastic parts that are not mentioned in any way. I need some help getting my machine back up and running asap. I need to have something for my electrician to look at when he comes on Monday. Thanks!
