Yeah, You you usually do very small stepovers, and the profile with the worst toolmarks is the one closest to your middle holddown (opposite of what I expected:(

I would think the Adirondacks would be good for the kids to learn material lists and production techniques and just plain old woodworking skills. :)

Some new projects.
They are made from corian using the vcarve toolpath with a flat area clean out tool.
After that they are spray painted and sand/polished, 100g to remove the paint after that we use a 4 step process made by 3M.
It is called trizact and is made for polishing acrylic.Attachment 27131
