If i have a template that has 125 holes, and need to change the size of all of them is there a way to easily do that? For example for one piece all the holes may need to be .550, for another all the holes need to be .489, and so on.

Using the offset tool, offset in/out one half the diameter change,
select "delete original"
If you're using one of the Vectric programs, another option is to use the Circle Resizer gadget. It works really well.
