So I'm getting the Can't find Port Can't Connect to Port etc. Yet all Ports are working properly. The ShopBot tower red light is Blinking suddenly. It's from 2007. I've had this happen before , Bbut I would just do a re-start and all was good. But not this time.
Oaky I bought a new USB Cable, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Nuttin working. I still get the Can't Connect to Ports. And as the computer reads,,, Ports are working properly.
This just happened to me and I had to buy the new Version 2 control card from Shopbot for $250. I actually just installed it last night and ran two simple part files without a problem.
Could be the atc power supply that is in the control box that provides 5v and 12v. This was the issue with mine. if not its the card.
