It would be nice if more companies stood behind their product!

What gauge is that?
What makes a difference is the ceramic bearings!
Not only is it important to clean the collet and nut but the inside of the spindle where they fit. I also spray my collet and nut with T-9.
It is amazing what people will share. The crane is a very nice design.
Yes, forget the WD40. I have been using T-9 for years. Great stuff.
I have been running my spindle at 20,000.
Andy, try the 65-000 bits some time.
There may be another problem. You could have a Conficker worm. It is easy to check.
Go to this website.

It is actually better to leave the computer on. If you are worried about heat, add more cooling.
Very nice bowl.. I like the pattern on the outer circle.
What depth are cutting on each pass? What Feed Rate and spindle speed are you using?
How do you remove them once you have milled the wood?
Contact Onsrud and tell them your problem and see what they say. Give the manufature an opportunity to respond.
Nice job Max. Thanks for sharing his work.
Richard,
Why for letters?
For almost 4 years, I always zeroed to the top of the material but starting at the end of last year, I changed and started zeroing to the top of the spoilboard. I don't think I will be going back. ...
That works better than the one you would have bought from the auto parts store.
T-9 Boeshield works the best for me
There is a site to check for conficker problems. Look on the right side menu for test. There is also help for removing.

Tom, Thanks
I use a Milwaukee 5625-20. It is quieter than a PC.
Congratulations... Looks great.
Carl,
Instead of cold water try Milk.
