Any one ever cut the parts for a porch swing on ShopBot? I am wanting to make one out of HDPE and figure it would be easier to cut parts out of a sheet? plus could pre drill

We use mostly matthews paint. We usually prime with matthews primer and then spray the base coat and sometimes clear coat as well.

outdoor use for a customer to sell in a shop for retail use.
Probably Baltic burch if I can get some from a local source plan on doing straight cut. Most letters wil be at least 18" high not plan on using tabs
