I am making a 24" tall x 42" wide 1 1/4" thick PVC sign for a customer.
1st time using PVC, sign is single sided, bottom portion v carved and the top is routed pocket .25 deep with raised lettering....

trying to semi match cabinet door moulding. will be straight sticks approx 1/2" high on outside and 1/4" thick on inside using aspire but don't know how to make shape

the outside line is the overall size
the inside line is the cut out where the panel will go
and the outer line is the profile of his bit

trying to make and arch raised panel to match some raised panel doors
trying to use 2 rail sweep in aspire with no luck
